河北中洲水务投资股份有限公司是河北建设集团有限公司的独资子公司，经营范围为：对给水、中水、污水、垃圾处理业的项目建设的投资，自来水生产、供应，污水处理及其再利用。公司自2011年底成立以来，致力于对水行业以BT、BOT等各种方式进行投资建设。目前河北中洲水务投资股份有限公司已经签订了河北省定州市给水工程项目、邢台市宁晋县地表水厂及以下配套工程项目、邢台市大曹庄管理区地表水厂项目、邢台市威县南水北调配套水厂工程项目四个BOT特许经营合同和保定市徐水地表水厂BT合同。目前，这些项目的施工建设正在如火如荼的进行。
另外，保定地区的涿州市地表水厂、满城县地表水厂、安国市地表水厂、白沟地表水厂、安新县地表水厂、松林店地表水厂、蠡县地表水厂、高阳县地表水厂等项目的BOT特许经营合同正在洽谈签订中，预计2015年将陆续投入建设。
